Art Journaling is an art form of collecting and arranging all sorts of items into a book or binder which is bought or hand-made. Each day a different type of Journal will be displayed, with instructions, materials and time for you to create your own. The surface design techniques in the classes are applicable to many areas of art and design...even fabric and walls.
Linda Blinn is a writer, editor, teacher, designer and mixed-media artist. She was on the editorial staff for many publications focusing on art journals including "True Colors", a Palette of Collaborative Art Journals and "Signatures", The Art Journal Collection. Linda is the Author of "Making Family Journals" and co-author of "Handmade Gifts", Stylish Ideas for Journals, Stationary and More! Her artwork has appeared in numerous books and national magazines. Linda is currently designing products for the paper craft industry. She lives in San Clemente, CA with husband Tom. They have three grown children, Kari, Patrick and Matthew, and grandchildren, Katie and Case.
